Cancellation Policy

Off-Peak Season (December 1– June 2) 24-Hour Notice Required: Full refund- minus (credit card processing fee).

Peak Season (September 17 – November 11) Non-Refundable: All ticket sales are final.

Weather: Tours operate in all weather conditions.

Departures: Please arrive at your designated meeting spot 15 minutes prior to tour time. Tours start promptly.

If you miss the tour group, your tickets will not be refunded.

Schedule Adjustments: While policies are strictly enforced, they will attempt to accommodate date/time changes outside of the peak October rush if alternative tour slots have open availability.
