Strictly Non-Refundable: All ticket sales during October/spooky season are final. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances during this period.

Rain or Shine: Tours operate in all weather conditions. Bad weather (rain, cold, or wind) is not considered a valid reason for a refund or last-minute cancellation.
Strict Departure Times: Tours start promptly. If you arrive late or miss the tour group, your tickets will not be refunded.
Schedule Adjustments: While policies are strictly enforced, they will attempt to accommodate date/time changes outside of the peak October rush if alternative tour slots have open availability.
